实验结果
第一周,焦亚硫酸钠组比负对照组和黏土组生长速度更快(P=0.01),其他各组生长速度居中,与负对照组和黏土组没有显著差异。焦亚硫酸钠组比其他各组料肉比更好(P=0.02)。
其他阶段,各组生长性能在统计上都没有显著差异。各组采食量没有显著差异。
试验结束时各组平均体重(公斤)分别为:31.3(正对照), 30.8(负对照), 30.4(酶+吸附剂1), 30.8(黏土), 31.1(酶+吸附剂2), 32.2(焦亚硫酸钠)。
总结
正对照和负对照生产性能没有显著差异,显示保育猪对呕吐毒素的忍耐度高于规定的1ppm上限。

Four commercial feed additives (CFA) wereevaluated for efficacy in detoxifying deoxynivalenol (DON) in diets fed to 144nursery pigs (BW 9.80+/- 0.5kg; 2 gilts, and 2 barrows/pen). Six testcorn-soybean-meal based diets were: 1)positive control (PC), formulated withclean corn, (NC), 2) formulated withcontaminated corn (5.5 ppm DON), 3) NCwith enzyme+binder1 (NCB1), 4) NC withclay (NCC), 5) NC with enzyme+binder2(NCB2) and 6) NC with sodiummetabisulfite (NCP). Diets wereallocated to pens (n = 6) based on BW and fed ad-libitum for 4-wk.
Assayed DON concentration for PC, NC, NCB1,NCC, NCB2 and NCP were 0.38, 2.3, 2.3, 2.3, 2.4, and 1.9 ppm, respectively.
Diet effects were only observed for ADG andG:F in wk-1; pigs fed NCP had higher (P = 0.01) ADG compared topigs fed NC and NCC, whilst pigs fed other diets had intermediate and similarADG (P > 0.05) to pigs fed NC or NCC. Pigs fed NCP showed higher(P = 0.02) G:F relative to pigs fed other diets. The final BW was31.3, 30.8, 30.4, 30.8, 31.1 and 32.2kg for PC, NC, NCB1, NCC, NCB2 and NCP-fedpigs, respectively. There were no (P > 0.05) diet effects onADFI throughout the study.
In conclusion, the lack of differencesbetween PC and NC suggested pigs were tolerant to higher DON levels than theregulated dietary maximum of 1 ppm.
